ok i'll start off this morning with my stats and plan

height: 5 ft 3 in
weight:139
body fat: 30.57%
goal weight: 110 lbs w/ around 20% body fat by june 15th (this is when i'm moving to an awsome city to go to an awsome school)
plan:
11 zone blocks (i found this site helpful for learning about the zone diet and food blocks: www.zoneperfect.com)
jog on treadmill 45 minutes a day
weight train 15 min 3 times a week
yoga 10 minutes 4 times a week
i plan on updating my stats once a week. i'll probably be writing in this LJ a lot though to distract me from eating. i'm such an emotional eater...aaaaaaaarg. :p
